We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

2. Damaged goods
In order to return your products, send an e-mail to iguccihandbags@yahoo.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your bag(s) new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee. We will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees.
